Does a day really have 24 hours these days? Is it that every day seems shorter and faster than the previous one? The calendar of my life is showing December 22nd, the shortest day of the year, consistently. The only reason echoing in my mind is that whenever we are doing something or occupied somewhere somehow, we most of the time lose the track of time if we are doing that thing whole-heartedly.

I feel like time is going too fast

The first week of Amal Fellowship went so fast, and I did not find time to waste my time, which I actually do most of the time. I had to complete two courses and one project work for each course. The title of those courses was;

i. Living a life of purpose.
ii. Team work.

How many of you reading this blog truly live a LIFE, a life with an objective, a life of their own, and not only turning days into nights and vice versa? If your inner responds NO to the aforementioned question all you need to do is just break the monotony. Your life will not change overnight, or you cannot change it rapidly. What you need to do is to do something every day that brings even 0.1% change in you, a good change.

You can draw a map of your life to have a clear picture of the trajectory of your lifespan in your mind. Here is my “Purpose Map”;

My Purpose Map

Are you comfortable with working alone? For those saying yes are actually NOT right. Even when no one is working with you, a part of you is listening to your heart and a part of you is under the leadership of your brain. So, apparently, you might be sailing your boat all alone, but there will always be a hidden intervention clearing your path. Thus, you are not alone when you are all alone.

There was another fun activity in the session related to teamwork. We were divided into break-out rooms and had to solve a problem. The situation was that we landed on the moon, somehow our space rocket exploded. We have 15 items left and have to rank them in accordance with their importance.

These activities were really helpful in identifying the purpose of my life, and the importance of working in a team.
